Hello, I do apologize again about the outage this morning. I see though that this Linode is currently booted. Also, I have issued your account a credit of $5 since you have been with us for a long time. This should cover your services for this month, as long as no additional services are added. If you still are having any issues please let us know. If we do not hear back from you in 96 hours however, we will close the ticket automatically.
